Mustafa Egemen Şener

Mustafa Egemen Şener was born on 28 May 1968 in the village of Çifteköprü, in the Borçka district of Artvin. He grew up on the steep slopes of the Black Sea region, learning early the value of work, patience and standing behind his word. As a young man he moved to Istanbul and took his first steps in construction.

For more than thirty years he worked across construction, real estate, infrastructure and urban renewal. For him, a building was not a job that ended on delivery; it was a place that could still be used with confidence years later — earthquake-resistant and liveable. That view shaped all of his work, from the site to the corporate desk.

In 2016 he became a founding partner of Altamira Global Strategies, adding strategy, corporate finance and long-term investment discipline alongside construction and infrastructure. He still lives in Istanbul, where he has built a family with his wife Elif and their three children.
